Default Strange dash chirping. What the heck am I hearing?

about a week ago, my 01 GT started to make this odd sound coming from the dash. It almost sounds like a chirp or like a chirping rattle. I believe it's coming from above the gauges, but I'm not too sure. Strangely, when my car gets warmed up, the sound pretty much goes away. (I can still hear it slightly, but not as bad). I can't hear the sound at ALL from my engine bay, which is the real confusing part. What in the heck am I hearing?

I attached a video so you guys can hear for yourselves.

any input helps. Thank you.

i have a similar noise every so often, mines from under the center air vents, push on them and hold to see if the noise goes away. If it does all you should need to do is tighten that piece.

I pushed on them. No luck. Would vents like that stop making a noise when they got warmed up?

Doesn't the dash have some of those metal pop in tabs, maybe it's lose? Or not popped in all the way?
