Default my car wont run need serious tech experts

Ok after a pain in the *** ride home im having serious issues with the car it seems when ever I gett on itt before it can get boost the wideband spikes 10.0 and I smell raw gas and hear my sc bypass valve go crazy.
It also does it when I let off the gas as well. But idles fine and cruises fine. Had similar issues when the vacum line to the bbypass went but its def good this time. Im trying to get some ideas. Fuel pressure reg? ,
Mass air flow? Vacum issue and where and why? Tps? Fowled plugs? All air hoses are connected and vacum lines are ggood?

Does it run fine when it is first cranked? I had similar issues with no codes when one of my 02 sensor wires got cut. Might check that out.

Starts up as normal as long as it didnt previous stall, if it fuels out and stalls its hard to start. I don't think its an o2 wire because it runs and drives fine as long as its not WOT or engine braking.

I'm wondering if the diaphram in the fuell pressure regulator is going bad letting some gast into the vacum system causing my bypass valve to not function correctly.

Heres a question I bet cliffy can answer, is there a way to test the FRP before i just go throwing money on parts that might be good, can u put a pump on it and check to see if it holds pressure and if so what kind of numbers should it put out?
