Default Getting a cam. Supporting mods and help please

I am defientley going a cam route (non-FI in the future)
What would be the best company in your guys opinion to get one from?

I also have a SCT tuner already, I am assuming a dyno tune would be in order?

The engine is basically brand new with 30k on the motor. (120k on the car)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
I'm going to search the forum also.
