Hmm, well I'm at 1500rpm at 60 as well. Perhaps the tiniest smidge higher.

In theory 60 in 5th, with the 3650 and stock tires, would be 1550 to 1600 RPM depending on factors such as tire inflation, vehicle weight, tire manufacturer, etc. Apply that to the likely accuracy of the dash speedometer and tach (+/- 1% at best) and you get a possible range of 1520 to 1630 as observed values.

Hmm, interesting, I've been planning on a gear upgrade eventually anyway. Then again, maybe not since I eventually want a super charger.

I have 3.73's and I really did not notice a big difference from the 3.27's. If I was to do it again I would get 3.90's or 4.10's

It wasn't a HUGE difference, but my car easily accelerates now. I don't have to lay into the throttle as much as i did before...

I was also worried about 4.10's and slipping traction...

I have 3.73's and dead hook from a 5mph roll or even lower with tight suspension...

Hmm, all very interesting. Any issues with gear noise on the 3.90s? I've been told to stick to FRPP gears because they're made to tighter tolerances and therefore less prone to gear noise.
