Ok, 02 GT auto...the shifter handle got to where it wouldnt come out of park anymore..did a search on here first..checked the switches for proper connections on the brake pedal arm. Check. tried to figure out how to get the t handle of the shifter arm.(uncheck!).while messing around under the shifter base I unclipped a cable (oh **** where did that go to?) but after unclipping it the shifter handle moves freely now..does that small cable somehow control the shifter lockout on the brake pedal and I accidentally disabled it freeing the shifter?
