ok so may sound dumb but for some reason i cant get my car to quick backfiring and running **** rich, i only have 1 of the ECT leads connected since im using an aftermarket coolant temp gauge, so my question to you guys is this:

which one of the sensors goes to the ECU and which one is for the cluster?

i currently have the one on the pass side hooked up, and the car is throwing a P0118 code IIRC, its an ECT code).

I'm using the one on the passenger side for my mechanical gauge. I believe the one one the driver side is for the ecu.
