Default 2004 GT - Please help me figure out what I have.

Sadly my uncle passed a few weeks ago and I could not bear to see his prized mustang sold out of the family so I bought it. It is an 04 GT convertible with 14000 miles in mint condition. I have always loved mustangs but don't really know a lot about cars so just trying to figure out what I have. I spoke to the guy that did much of his work and here are the things that he did. Shocks, struts, caster plates, springs, frame connectors, 4.10 gear, simco gauges, sct tuner, hurst shifter. The guy wouldn't mail me the shop tickets so I could get the specifics on everything but I am still working on that. I also know my uncle changed the exhaust and the cai.

My uncle was very organized and I have many of the stock parts. My aunt is going to try and find all of his records for the mods on the car. We also have to locate the tuner.

I know this motor stock was about 260hp. Any idea how many horsepower it is pushing with the mods? Any other bolt on type mods that should be done?

Car runs great and sounds awesome. I am just really curious as to how he was doing on this build and what I should do to finish for him. Thanks for any help.

260HP is the rating at the flywheel, most stock new-edge GTs will put down around 220HP at the rear wheels. If the exhaust system has been upgraded, and the tuner used to load a premium fuel optimised tune, then you could expect 235rwHP give or take a bit...
