Have you tried looking for a MAF sensor? It is between the air cleaner and the throttle body.

It is extremely difficult to locate, in very large part because your 2002 Mustang--and all other '99 to '04 Mustangs--does not have a MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor.

MAP sensors are used in Speed Density based control systems, our cars use a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor and therefore a Mass Air based control system. A MAF based system provides more flexibility in terms of engine modifications as the MAF measures the actual amount (mass) of air entering the engine. Speed density systems use manifold pressure, engine rpm, throttle position, intake air temperature, etc. to calculate intake air mass flow.

Default Turbocharged

I had a turbo installed and it appears my EGR and MAF were deleted. I have a boost pressure sensor, but I can’t locate a MAP or BAP. I’m pretty sure something was installed wrong or isn’t hooked up properly.
