How much you got to spend? If you have a couple thousand saved up don't go and buy bolt ons. Save for a used centri blower.

Okay, is it daily driven or a weekend car? Daily driven go with set of 3.73 gears, if you want ultimate acceleration and dont really care to much for gas milage goes with a set of 4.10 gears. Since you already have an exhaust set up get a tune to go with it and you will notice a decent performance difference.

all depends on what your final goal is for the car. if you're planning on eventually building some serious horse power, and you have the cash, build your motor (all forged of course) and get different heads and cams.
