Default Clutch slipping?

When my 08 Bullitt warms up (at least 15-20 minutes of city driving) I start having issues when starting from a dead stop. Unless I give it more gas than I normally do it feels that the transmission isn't engaging smoothly - I can feel what I can best describe as a shuddering or slippage in the clutch pedal. This happens whether in 1st or reverse. I thought at first the car was stalling (and it indeed may be) but I'm more inclined to think it's the clutch. I can't imagine a clutch going out in 34K miles but I suppose anything is possible. Any ideas of what might be happening? Thanks

I just noticed that I posted this in the wrong section, but a clutch is a clutch so if anyone has experience in this area I could use it before I go to the dealer with it...

From what you posted it sounds like you are riding the clutch.

It does sound that way, but I'm not. I'm not coming off the line to beat my last 1/4 time, but I'm not riding the clutch either. Just normal city traffic.

If it is my clutch, what is a good replacement for stock parts?

Have you tried adjusting the cable first?
