Quick traction control question

Did all 2000 gt's with automatics come with the traction control switch? If so mine is missing

No... not all of them came with TC and I consider you fortunate not to have that garbage on your ride

I disabled mine via tuner several years ago.

I was wandering, I had new tires put on today and last night while I had the old worn tires on it, I wanted to see what it could do on a launch and I got some stellar tire spin.
