I have a 98 GT and when I turn at low speeds my car squeaks out where the wheels are. They squeak until I stop turning them.

Maybe it does it at more high speeds say 50. But maybe I just don't hear it. I can only hear it with my windows down. Im pretty shure it has something to do with power steering but what? My power steering fluid is pretty dark but could that be causing it? The car is also not leaking a drop of anything.
