Besides the trans and ecm what else do i need to make this swap?

Maybe we should trade trannys?

I'd like to swap my auto for a manual, but all the research showed me it'd be be better to sell my car and buy a manual

I would look into baumanator or lentech for transmission control. instead of stock ford.
