Default Split Exhaust Tips
I want split exhaust tips on my 03 GT. Id imagine its just the two pipes which slpit into 2 at the end on each side, making it look like 4 pipes like the 2013 Shelby's. How would i do this?

Buy muffler tips that have two pipes on each end.

Go to a muffler shop and say what you just said- minus the "how would I do this?" part.

What are you going to do about getting split pipes to fit the GT bumper?

You can get tips like this (Borla makes some), but I don't think they'll fit the stock bumper.
