ive seen a stock 03 mach 1 auto run low 13's. No stock gt will beat it. maybe an 05 stick but no year b4 that. auto machs have speed limiter at about 130mph though but this can be taken off

I doubt it was stock. The 5 speeds hardly run low 13's stock. They're usually mid to low 13 cars.

I know a stock GT will not beat a Mach 1, but my car is far from stock[8D]. I tell you what though, I'd like to see a stock 'auto' Mach in the low 13's. BTW...your car is a clone of the one that was getting good view of my rearend on Saturdady[]. The Mach looks great though.

Well, I never said whether or not the Mach 1 I ran was stock or not. You'd have to read all the posts the know that[&:]. I heard at least a cat-back, but didn't ask. He didn't either. He threw the gaunlet down, & I accepted. When that happens, you run what you brung[sm=gears.gif]. The whole talk about stock Mach's was brought up in general talk...not by myself.

it's weird how a mach 1 has a speed limiter at 130, but a GT doesn't.

its limited at 130 for an auto mach and 154 for a 5 speed
i think it has to do w/ the gears

have you tried to do 131 mph? you sure this speed limiter isn't bs?

thats what the people on mach1registry.org told me. but the car is powerful and i can see it easily doing over 130. ive never tried to do 130 though
