Question Known issues with 5th gear in tr3650? Maybe a loose bearing?

Ever since I bought my car I have had this weird noise in fifth gear, its almost like a loose bearing but only in fifth gear.

I have read several posts on different sites of this same problem. I do have 4.10 gears, just recently put new fluid in there like 2 days ago I had to change the pinion seal. But nothing different. Any idea if this is a tranny problem
or if its a gear problem?

At what vehicle speed is the "weird noise in fifth gear" most noticeable?

Around 1800-2500 rpms. Or specifically when you start to accelerate.
