my friend has come into some money and decided to spend it on a car but not really anymore than $10K so he found a 2003 GT at around $7.5K and wants to get a Blower. He has found all kinds but not sure what he needs to come with them for the installation.

is a new fuel pump and better injectors NEEDED? I think he just looking to have low boost, keep stock internals, and is buying a saleen kit with mufflers.

what boost amount do you recommend for stock internals and what adaptors if any with he need.

he's gonna want to get new fuel pump and injectors. I'm at 350whp and im maxing out my svt focus pump, so idk how much a stock gt pump will handle. As for injectors i've seen setups where people run 30# but everyone pretty much runs 39-42 #'s. I think stock injectors are 21 #'s in an 03 if not theyre 19. If he goes on corral.net he can get some good deals on these parts. an svt pump is around 100 bucks, and he can get a set of injectors for around 200 on there too

His car will be at its max at around 400rwhp with stock internals. Also even if you forge your internals and hit around 500rwtq. Your trans will start to slip. These are just the max's. You should be fine with stock internals if the car feels like its in good shape. Just don't go above 8-10lbs just to be safe.

Turbo will be less stress on the motor. I highly reccomend on3performance turbo kit for his car. Makes around 400rwhp on 8psi on a stock 99-04 gt. and is only 1800 for the whole kit. You will also need the new k member and coilovers which is 700.

It depends on the amount and type of damage repair that was done. If it was all cosmetic then sure, why not. When I traded my 06 last year in Feb for the 10 they gave me 16 for it.
