Well, thats very rare with a car that is pretty much stock. Im sure everyone on this forum would agree as well. What other weird things are with your car?

missing traction control, my pedels were billit, feels faster then is should be compared to other gt's, my wiper fluid likes to spray randomly in the rain.

idk, a few people have told me that my car "seems" different then any mustang they have been in.

Well traction control isnt on all GTs, and have you raced any other GTs or do you just think it feels faster? what year is your car also?

its a 2004,
I read online that traction control is stardard on 2004.

Oooo didnt know that, i thought it has been an option for the last few years. But i own a 96 so idk

No, traction control is optional on the 2004. About 730.00 for that option w/abs braking system. How many other GT`S have you driven or raced? What is your stock gear ratio? Also, it really cant be much faster than an ordinary GT if your tires are spinning through first gear and part of 2nd gear. So how do you figure its faster?

ohh so its an option...
2 other mustang owners told me that it seems faster than theirs. But I havent driven any others so I am not the one to say.

how would 17x10.5's do in the back, I dont want DR's because of the low milage.

That size will be fine. You will need to recal your speedo though. If you ever plan on getting gears , your gonna have to get DR`s.

My 04 GT is stock minus a Flowmaster exhaust put on by the last owner (stock H-pipe too I think, I'm looking into a Bassani X instead), and a CAI. I even have the factory tires still and if I launch off anything but idle I spin all the way through first and part of second, the stock tires are awful... but they're running low now at 12k miles.

I've got the traction control but I keep it off most of the time.

So spinning isn't too unheard of. I'm looking into some Nitto's to replace my tires after winter rolls around.
