Default help/advice with x pipe

so i tried to put on my own x pipe and i couldnt get this bolt off, because its a bitch to get a good angle on it.

its the passenger side bottom nut right in behind the starter.

i got the top one off by myself

so i took it to tires plus and we tried for an hour and a half to get it off and we couldnt. They even lowered the subframe a little bit so they could get to it better and it still wouldnt come off.

So now i really dont know what to do, im still in college and cant really afford to spend a fortune on putting on this midpipe, they recommended taking it to an exhaust shop, but what else do you think they could do differently?

the bolt is now stripped pretty bad after tires plus guys tried getting it off, how much do you think i would spend to get it done at an exhaust shop?

they wont put on the midpipe because it doesnt have cats, but maybe if i ask them to just get the bolts loose for me, then i can just do it myself.

I dont remember the exact size but I think it's a 15mm and I used an 18'' extension with a deep swivel socket and 3/8 impact gun. Came right off

What ^ he ^ said, plus spray it with some PB Blaster. But since the nut is rounded off now, all bets are off.
