Default Random stall

Hello everyone. I had a very random stall yesteday and I was hoping someone could shed some light or point me in the right direction.

Back round:
Bought the car 2 months ago. 130k on the clock. I did a complete tune up upon purchase. Plugs, cleaned MAF and IAC. I have put about 1000 miles on it so far with zero problems. I drive it back and forth to work about 40 miles round trip, open hwy and bumper to bumper. It has run PERFECT since day one. Idles perfect, drives perfect. Not one issue until now.

Issue:
Coming home yesterday, I entered onto a long, sharp curving on ramp and the car just died mid turn.( scarry as hell as the steering wheel locked). Pulled off to the side and it cranked right up and I went about my business. No issues since, except my loss of peace of mind when driving. The stall itself was weird. There was no stumbling or other symptoms, it just turned off like someone flipped a switch.

I know everyone will suggest IAC, but I have no other IAC symptoms. I have a 4.6 in my Explorer so I am familiar with a hinky IAC. This doesnt seem like that.

Only thing I can think of is I had less than a quarter tank at the time, and the ramp was very long and curving. Is it at all possible during the turn the fuel couldnt reach a pick up or something? Besides that I am out of ideas. Ii am changing the fuel filter today incase that is the culprit.

If anyone has any in sight I much appreciarte it.

Sounds like it could be the issue. Maybe you just sucked up a little air and your car shut itself off

How did your steering wheel lock if the key was in the run position? I'm pretty sure that is not supposed to happen

Maybe one of your main power or grounds is loose. That would cause you to instantly loose everything

It didn't technically "lock", but it was extremely hard to move. Took all my force to get it on the shoulder. Bad phasing on my part.
