will a 4.6 out of a 95 thunderbird go right into my 96 GT?

Pretty much yes the motor will bolt right in, not sure if the intake,plenum, and accessories are the same if they arent just move yours ontothe t bird motor. Also depening what trans was in both cars u may need to swap flywheel or flexplate.

ok cool. i was gonna put the intake off my gt onto it anyway. anything else ill switch out too. my trans is a 5 sp and the tbird is an auto. all help is very much appreciated. first time ive done this

Yes just take your clutch setup and flywheel off your old motor and bolt it to the new motor, make sure u get a clutch alignment tool.

alright thanks i will when i get it done. and thanks for the help. i cant wait to finally drive this car. anything else i should know about pulling the engines?
