Default Electric Overload

Ok, when i have my car ideling (2004 GT), and i put the windows down or up i have no problem. but when the windows are down and i hit the window down button the idel drops 200 rpm. i know this is overloading the electric system of the car because the window motor is drawing alot of amps cuz its attempting to move the window but it cant. so i tried this in my friends mach and his idel does not drop. is it my car or that normal in GT's.

Effect was a poor choice of words - "Occurance."

Do you have subs in your car or an aftermarket amp that's drawing power?

could be a sign of your alternator going out,,,,, do a amp test of your cars electrical system, prolly its take alot of power from the battery and the alternator isnt producing enough energy at idle rpms.

Don't worry bout it, mine has done it forever. Like you said its trying to move a window that can't. Thus its using more amps.
