Ceramic or stainless i know ceramic is better because it keeps cooler temp but will the stainless be any different than the stock manifolds. I also need to know how much instal is and wether i will need new gaskets and bolts? Lastly what kind of gains will be seen on my 97 cobra if i was to get shortie ford racing headers?

not much gain with the shorites. Go ceramic long tubes or go home!

Not sure what the cost is on the install, but plan on spending alot. Unless you know someone. I hear that they are a ****** f***** to do and thats why the cost will be high. At least thats what my mechanic says.
