430_450 is pushing the limits of your block,

And general rule of thumb, whenever you add or take away boost you will need a retune.

It's not pushing the limits of the block, it's pushing the limits of the rods. That block is good to over 1000HP and the crank is good to at least 800HP.

400RWP is considered safe and if you add boost, change the tune.

thats what I was meaning.

And I know 400 is safe i was meaning 430+ is considered pushing it, Im running 400rwhp and mines a safe tune and dont see anything happening anytime soon

Knowing myself i would do it, there's plenty of mustangs daily driven with over 400 on the stock motor, myself being one of them. My question would be do i trust my tuner and what he's doing when getting into those power levels

under closed throttle conditions it should lean itself out and read like that, my AEM UEGO just goes to dashes ( --- ) when i let off

under idle it should be rich on initial startup then sort itself out, take a vid of a cold start and we can go from there
