Default Rear Right Wheel Jump/Clunk

Just want to start off by saying Ive been browsing these forums for a couple years but I never signed up for some reason but Im registered now =).
So my car has developed a clunk noise in the rear I can feel the clunk and also feel my right wheel trying to lock up so i replaced the axle because it was already going bad from a lady plowing into the side quater panel on my car and my wheel..I get the clunk noise when making a right turn mostly but I also feel it when driving straight...Ive searched google soooo many times trying to find a solution but cant come up with anybody having the same issues/noises im having..Soemone told me my limited slip could be going bad but I thought that would make you only have power to one wheel..idk
Just a break-down of all the drivetrain upgrades( I have 4.10 gears, a new axle, and an aluminum driveshaft)
Any information would be greatly accepted.
Thank you
