2001 GT

my passenger side door will only unlock when I pull the handle.

The remote wont unlock it, there is no key hole on that side and pressing the unlock button makes it click but it wont fully unlock. I can pull the jack up only with my hand.

is there a fuse to check? if there a wire diagram. is there a little motor for it?

 

Yes, it is an electric actuator that moves it up and down. Take off the door panel and check for any obstruction. Its probably the actuator thats gone weak.
