oh sorry, it is adding fuel. It thinks it is lean. I don't remember the exact numbers. I'll get the exact numbers after I get off work

If the long term is adding more than +10 then either you have a vacuum leak or there is something wrong with your maf.

Well there are no vacuum leaks so I guess that leaves the MAF. Is there a way to bench test the MAF? A certain Ohm resistance they are supposed to be at?

This issue is the MAF. I checked it out and the MAF wasn't reading at all. Somehow my connecter got screwed up. Ordered a new one and it will be in Tuesday

Well got the new connector yesterday. I decided to go ahead and test everything one more time as I was putting it on and this is what happened. Power read a full 12 v's. Ground read 12 v's. Signal wire read a steady 1.1 at idle, 1.5 at 1500 rpm's and 1.8 at 2500 rpm's. Now here is my question. When testing the signal ground that runs through the PCM should I be seeing 12 v's when the car is off? I know shorting this circuit can fry the PCM so I don't want to take any chances by turning the car on to test it if this is wrong.

Also it doesn't make any sense to me that the manual readings on the MAF are all looking good but when I try and read it with the scan tool on my tuner it says the signal is invalid. The scan tool is essentially just reading what the PCM is seeing correct? What are some options for it not being able to read the MAF when all the signals check out fine?

Yes I have the wiring diagram and I know it is wired right because I tested the wires by probing into the stock connector

I was testing right at the connector by the sensor. I didn't actually check the pins going into the PCM
