Default Clutch Problem

Ok guys ? for ya all,

It all started about 3 months ago. My dad was driving the car and power shifting and when he went into 3rd gear (I think) the clutch literally sounded like it broke or something, and the clutch peddle was stuck pushed all the way to the floor. Well, all he did was pull it back with his foot and it worked fine then. Well, yesterday it did it to me 3 times! It's very annoying. I think the previous owner put in a KC clutch because it is modded out and the clutch is pretty hard to push in. My question is what all do you think is wrong with it? Besides it slipping; it all works great! I'd say the car is pushing about 410hp or so. It's a 97 cobra obviously. Thanks for any help.

Default RE: Clutch Problem

Could be the clutch quadrant. If it still has the stock plastic piece, I'd think the stiffer clutch has killed it. Steeda makes an aluminum replacement.
