I went to my dealer and he said the passenger side cylinder rod for the lock assembly tumbler was no longer made. Mine is broken. I tried to find a used one but nobody had just that rod for sale so I bought the proper rod and I have began to form it. I have no idea how it got broken since it is so strong, but I have figured the window did it as it went down and came off track.
I don't completely have the exact shape since mine is twisted, but I do have plenty of this rod (3 feet) so I might just make a spare incase it happens again. I think based on the diagram printout I got from Ford I have the bottom angles figured out.

Well tried it for a week and a half, it works great. It's just like the original. Anyone having the same issue, don't be afraid to make your own parts. No magic fairy dust on the ford OEM stuff.
PS- You need some leverage to bend this particular rod, it's super stout. Use large vice grips and table vices.
