Power Windows not functioning

You might have a short somewhere in the circuit. As for the dome light turn your headlight **** all the way to left, you should feel it click and that turn off the dome light

It's Electrical, Not The Headlight Switch. I Just Don't Know How To Trace It.

its been like a year, but I think I have the same issues. My dome light would not turn off, so I Yanked it for my build. Haven't fooled with it since. After, neither window works. I too have no idea what the issue is. However, my car is a rolling electrical nightmare along with 1000 other issues. So I can be for certain this isn't user error.
