Clutch issues help

Clutch issues help
2 years ago I installed a Ram HDX clutch and I'm starting to develop some chatter/jerking when I start out in first gear. It's not all the time but getting to be often enough to get under my skin. I'm not running high hp just bolt ons to engine and a tune. Anyone else experience this with ram products? My driving is not bad, car has never been raced, clutch maybe has 15000 miles on it since new.
I assume I'm at the point of replacing it again
Thanks for any info

In your other thread, you're going through rear end gears every two years.
It's either the installation or your driving. Did the same shop install the clutch and rear gears? I've got 32,000 miles on my stock Mach 1 clutch. I've never, ever gotten less than 80,000 on a clutch on any car I've ever owned. I've never, ever replaced rear end gears or front differential gears on any car I've ever owned and I routinely keep them over 100,000 miles.
Nobody thinks his or her driving is poor, but I personally saw a girlfriend pick up her guy's car at my friend's shop after a clutch install. When her boyfriend got home, he called complaining the clutched wasn't replaced. The girl smoked the clutch driving 5 miles. You should of seen the pressure plate.

First time around the same shop did the first clutch and the rear end, they also did the warranty work the second time around on both. The clutch initially was replaced cause the throw out bearing failed, then it failed again and then 2 years ago again. So 2 yrs ago I replaced the clutch and throw out. I don't drive it hard at all it gets about 7000 miles on it per year at this point. I've owned a manual trans in 3 other cars over a period of 12 years and this car for 6 years. Never had this issue in any other car I've owned. Mustang had 75k on it when the first bearing crapped on me. It now has 140 k
I replaced the rear end parts 2 yrs ago but not the actual gears, just bearings and rebuild kit for diff.
At this point have the gears mated in a way that they will always make this noise unless I change them?
