Default squeaking when turning left.

Since last week i noticed that whenever I turn the wheel to the left or hit a bump you can hear a squeaky sound coming from the front drivers side. I've done my research and I think its either a ball joint or tie rod. I just bought new tires so I have really no funds to get this fixed I've heard its dangerous to leave it because the wheel can come off. Can anyone confirm what the problem is and if there's more of a cheaper or temporary fix since you can't grease the stock ball joints? Its a 2000 gt 5spd with only 115k. My power steering is only a hair under max so I don't think that would matter.

I would say ball joint or strut. I had a bad squeak coming from my pass. side strut.

Struts along with the springs are fairly new so I doubt that could be the problem.
