Well I guess I'm actually trying to ask what all I would need to buy with this because he's got either a 03 or 04 mach 1, and some of the parts might not go with my car

It looks like in the picture in the yellow boxes that hes including gauges, a gauge cluster, and spark plugs but I don't see them in the description, might want to ask about that. I think you also need a handheld tuner or to send your ECU in for tuning to Vortech. My guess is he bought the kit used for a Mach 1, but owned a GT, so he went and bought a GT mounting bracket because it mounts in a different location. If he owned a Mach 1, the intercooler piping would be for a Mach 1 not a GT. But my educated guess is that since hes including stuff new in the box, like the spark plugs and gauges that he never installed the kit. I think thats a really good price personally...it is only a P1SC though, but still. So, just tell him you got a GT, give him the 2k and drive home happy. :-)

He said it went on his mach 1.So will the fuel injectors and stuff will fit? worst case scenario i have to buy mounting brackets, intake, and discharge assembly. Also when I go to buy it what does shaft play mean and how can I see if his "has shaft play"?

That doesnt really make much sense or jive right with me, but whatever. If he says he had it on his Mach 1, thats what we will go with. He already said in his listing he has the mounting bracket and piping for a GT. So... I'm no expert, so going off of what you are saying. The intake should be the piping that supplies the supercharger with air, and the discharge pipe assembly should be the piping coming from the MAF to the intake, which leaves the intercooler piping the pipes between the supercharger to the intercooler and from the intercooler to the MAF.... I think I confused something somewhere....Lol... So that leaves the intake pipe, he says he has a "AEM power pipe", it should be the giant round pipe shown in the images which should just feed the turbo air. As for the discharge assembly, his should be for a GT because the Mach1 uses a very easy to spot Oval intake inlet. On the injectors...a quick google search seems to list different injectors for the 4 valve engines (which is present in the Mach 1) compared to the 2v GT engine. This leads me to believe the injectors included, if they were indeed in his Mach 1, would not fit your GT. What you really need to do is ask him exactly which parts he has for sale that were on his Mach 1 and which ones he bought for a GT...because you dont have complete information. I still say it doesn't make sense for him to have all of these parts for a GT if he had it installed on a Mach1. So to recap, I think you have all you need but the injectors and an ecu tune to run that on a GT. You should be able to sell those injectors to fund you buying some injectors for a GT as well... Hopefully I helped you out somewhat...

Okay thank you very much. Could someone answer my previous question on what I should be looking for to see if the stuff is worn down? I wouldn't be able to tell if all the stuff is in bad condition when I go to meet him.

You want to grasp the tip of the shaft of the impeller on the supercharger, its the piece that looks like a fan blade and spins. You want to tug on it a bit up and down, then in and out. You want it to move as little as possible. You also want to check to see if the impeller wheel moves if you try to spin it, and that the impeller isnt bent, dinged, rusty or otherwise worn. If its any of those things it needs a rebuild most likely. If it move only a little up and down or in and out, and I mean A LITTLE, its ok, just a little worn. If it moves more than a millimeter in and out or up and down its probably going to need a rebuild. If you can move the shaft enough on your own to make the impeller scrape the housing, your supercharger needs to be rebuilt. If its nice and tight with no movement up and down or in and out, its awesome with low miles and needs nothing...if it moves with less than a millimeter of shaft play up and down or in and out...its got some wear, but still good...maybe knock off two hundred. If it needs a rebuild...I would call vortech and ask them how much it is to do a rebuild plus shipping and handling both ways, take that off of the price of the kit, plus 10% for the hassle. He says its been rebuilt, soo...hopefully its in good shape and the rebuild was done recently and right. Good Luck with the sale.
