Well, you are probably around 185-195 RWHP stock.

Plenum- 5
TB - 5
CAI - 2(if that)
UDP's(non piggeyback)- 7
LT headers- 15
O/r X pipe- 10
Cat back- 2(if that)
that puts you around 225-240 RWHP, which would make you just about as fast as a 99-04 gt. With a tune those numbers could increase.
Also, if you really don't want to do the headswap, just the PI intake along would be worth 20+ rwhp if tuned.
And then theres always the cheapest power adder, nitrous. A tune 50-75 shot wouldnt hurt much as long as you used it sparingly.

If I were you, I would shop around for used parts on a PI swap, get the gasket kit, and then pay a shop to do it. I figure you should be able to get it all done for something like 1200 bucks, and that still leaves you some for a N20 kit if thats the way you really want to go. And a PI car with n20 would be lots faster than a NPI car with exaust and a shot.
