DUDE if you have a 96-98 mustang that is a HELL OF A DEAL ! If you have a 99-04 then no.

Intake manifold, all the gaskets, new head studs, and I am sure some other nit picky things. That is all I can think of though.

a new PI intake goes for $150....and $400 for the heads plus a port and polish, Would that be a good deal for the money......???
are used PI heads still goin to preform as well? Wat kinda hp gain are we lookin at

sorry....also this is a list of a kit they sell for the heas swap and the parts that come with it . are all these required ....

Intake Manifold, 4.6L PI Cylinder Heads (complete), Thermostat, Spark Plugs, Water Hose, Water Hose Nipple, Alternator Bracket, Dipstick Tube, Camshaft bolts, TTY Head Bolts, Thermostat Housing Bolts, Timing Cover Gaskets, Thermostat Gasket, Water Pump Gasket, Intake Gaskets, Valve Cover Gaskets, Head Gaskets and Exhaust Gaskets
