Default Need Some Help! Timing Issue?

I just bought an 01 mustang gt 4.6 dohc auto. Had some exsiting mods when I bought it.

Accufab Intake
BBK cold air
Headers/ catback
And some others im forgetting
He also had it tuned at some shop somewhere and also had a BAMA tuner

When I bought the car it had a pretty series tapping noise. Listened to everything and determined the noise was comming from the timing chain. Pulled everything apart and found both tensioner guides worn down to nothing. Replaced all guides and reset timing and put eveything back together. Noise from the timing is gone, but now there is another noise seems like its coming from everywhere... Was wondering what could be the issue.. Ive heard it could be Spark knock, timing issue still(even though i dont hear anything at the timing cover), Lose flywheel bolts. What are the most common issues as i have never own a mustang with the 4.6..

thx in advance for all info.

Im trying to upload a video but its not letting me. Its hard to describe but its a loud ticking everywhere sounds like its coming from. it gets faster and a lil louder when you rev it up some. i know its not a rod knock as ive had a few cars thats had them. the sounds just comming from everywhere. I cant pin down the noise anywhere..

It's hard to say what the issue is without a video. Try making a free photobucket.com account and upload the video to there. Once the video is uploaded, copy the link they provide you to your next post. Then we'll be able to have a better idea of the noise you're experiencing!
