where do you put the compressor oil in a AC compressor on a 97 Mustang GT

They have cans of oil you can install using a set of gauges, or you can add it to the compressor through one of the manifold ports on the compressor. You need to know how much oil is in the system already. When you install a new compressor they tell you to drain the oil out of the compressor and measure how much came out, then adjust the level accordingly. You would have to check a manual for "that" amount.
