Did they get in a wreck with your car? Or hit your car in the lot? Wow

Not sure they are "investigating" it. I personally think it's from the automated car wash. God I hate those things.

Anyway, just got a call, the upper strut mount is nearly broken and is what's causing all the noise and why my car is veering to the left. Both sides are now being replaced. Glad I got that warranty!

I guess my mind was telling me it was all in the rear end. Usually am pretty good at placing sounds.

Edit: Here's some pictures. Some of those could have easily been hidden before I got the car but the one of the door is DEEP and goes all the way down the door. I had already planned on painting it midnight blue next year.

Well I'm pissed off. Picked up my car and it's still making the noise in the rear, he assured me nothing is wrong. Front end still clunks. I'm going back tomorrow and am going to make someone ride with me since nothing is wrong.

If I turn sharp in either direction the rear end jolts and pops like nothing I've ever experienced.
