Default finding tires

Hello all~
I need some information regarding a good place to buy inexpensive winter tires. I do not need the top of the lines, just something with a 20-30k mile rating. Are there any websites that sell good entry level winter tires, or lightly used ones? I have a guy who can get me a pair of Blizzaks for about $320 brand new.
I'm looking to get two for the rear (or if the price is right all 4)

Any information would be welcomed! If anyone has any winter tires they are lookin to unload let me know too

my tire sizes now are 245/45/17

thanks all

George
