Default 4 Cyc springs for the rear?

someone was selling 4 cyc springs for a fox body on ebay for racing claiming he got 1.5 60ft times? I heard of fox body v-8 springs for the rear but not 4 cyc. Any gains to doing this?

You Should use the 4 cyl. springs for the front and the 8 cyl. springs for the rear. they are much better drag springs than any of the regular lowering springs from steeda, etc.

yeah you will see some gains from doing this but you won't be pulling 1.5 60s by just doing this. what did that guy have done besides that for suspension and how much power was he putting down. it lowers the car and gives it a better launching ability than stock springs. its no drag spring set-up but helps out and is real cheap. PM MD about this if he still visits this site.
