Default Clutch replacement

Did the clutch on my 2000 gt. I get a vibration now when it idles and progresses as I Rev it. Any ideas? Flywheel is resurfaced and both bearings are greased and replaced. What would cause this? Just throw me anything y'all can think of. I need to know if I should worry about this problem or if it's something I can deal with. I really would hate to take everything back apart. Everything is torqued to spec. Is it because it's still on jack stands? I'm not sure, gimme ideas, thanks!
