Default P-51 Intake...

does it fit under the hood of a stock 2001 GT hood?

also what better the P-51 or teh Reichard Racing one? does one fit under the hood better than the other? does one flow better?

yes both will fir under the stock hood. the richardracing one is for racing purposes. it is made to live in the 6-9K range will kill all of ur low end torque. the p51 will add power after 4K and will not reduce any torque

DILO2001GT, go check out modular depot and do a search on thoes forms about the P-51. A few of the guys there have done the swap and can couple of them have the Reichard Racing one so they will be able to answer all your question about thoes intakes. I am on there and watch and read a lot about them both. I am thinking that I am going to get the P-51 package from Fox Lake. The package comes with stage 2 heads the p-51 and a special gound cam for the p-51, They claim that it is a 100-130 streetalbe HP. ( not sure if that means that is RWHP or not) I do not know the cost of the package because I am now just starting to really get into my reasearch about what to do as far as cams/intake/heads go.

The RR is better for FI where the blower will make up for the loss in low end TQ. The P51 is better suited for N/A or nitrous, because of runner length.
