Hi, I just purchased some cobra wheels off of ebay, for very cheap, I think... See there so nice, they will look hot on my sonic blue gt.

But I am confused, I payed for them yesterday and it took the money out of my bank account. I saw it online, then this morning I checked my bank account and it has no record of the money being withdrawn? I don't get it... Does this normally happen?

Am I going to get my purchase? It seems kinda scetchy.

Also has anyone else purchased stuff from ebay, have you had good success? Are there any tips on purchasing from there, because everything is alot cheaper.

E-Bay has nothing to do with the way your funds are withdrawn from your account.

I have had that happen to me, however, not in relation to E-Bay. I remeber purchasing something and seing the transaction under pending transactions. Shortly there after it was gone. Ultimately, the trans. did go through.

Yeah I don't think its ebays fault. But yes it was under pending transaction, then the next day it was no where to be found. But paypal says the transaction was transfered sucessfully. So who knows. Mabye I will see it one monday.

ebay is safe if you use paypal, never had any problems with it, and if there is a problem you can report them to ebay and then they take action, and you get ur money back.

ya, just make sure the person you bought things from isnt at a [0]

i only buy from sellers that have been around for a while

Yea its a good idea not to buy from people with 0 feedback. I got scammed before and it sucks. Now i email the person and establish communication before i pay, and i try to buy from someone relatively close to where i live so i would be able to show up at there doorstep if i get scammed and set things right.

I've bought a couple of different things off ebay. I've always got the product that i bought and always used paypal.

Always use paypal never use anything else paypal refunds your money if u dont the item, it takes awhile but youll get. I used western union to china and got rip ebay is taking action but i dont think they are going to do anything about because payment did not go through ebay and they are in china.

i got ripped for 2 grand! well i was caught up in getting a supercharger i didnt see all the signs of a scam...im stupid
