egr delete

You must be talking about the evap system, completely separate system from the egr.
Evaporative emissions control system, collects fumes from the fuel tank and then releases them into the combustion system. This keeps fuel from being wasted due to evaporation.

Did a lil more research yes it's the evap controls in the fender well. I read I can now remove all but the charcoal canister. anyone have any links to a build on this I just don't want to remove anything I shouldn't. I'm told most people just melt the tubes and seal them with there fingers I would rather remove all un needed components while I have my motor out.
after reading more a lot of the fox body drivers have removed there charcoal canister as well and caped with a small evap filter from like a older intake. is this do-able on our models. just looking for some photos to make sure I do it right. brain surgery and all I always wanna triple check what I do.

Yes I know what this dose. It makes the car technically run harder / lil richer. but it eliminates about 200 bucks in things that that WILL go bad. with IAC delete, Also removes ALL my early morning fog from pipes, I rev faster and my car sounds just PISSED my intake now sounds like my flowmasters =) steady roughness. Really if your not in a emission controlled state it's the smart way to go. Also with stage 5 comp cam the computer can't idle correctly many people say.
this is just how I drive. my car is stripped bare has just the front dash and door panels left in it. it's loud, uncomfortable, banged up and i love driving in it. I stay at home with 2 kids all day long at night I take a few rides to store hit 120+ a few times then make my way home every day.

well, obviously if you deleted the egr you can remove all of the egr system, but what you were asking to remove wasnt the egr it was the evap. if you want to waste your time with that, just cap it off where the purge valve goes into the throttle body and remove the lines, but the canister also acts as the fresh air inlet to the fuel tank, and prevents it from being drawn into a vacuum, it also prevents debris from entering the tank, so if you remove that you will get a gas smell outside the car, and will open the tank to debris entering it. all this and it wont gain you anything.

All states are emission controlled, even if they're not enforced via regular inspections. But if this is a track-only/off-road car, have at it. Stripped-out race cars can be a lot of fun!
Like jwog said, cap it.
