I have a 1996 cobra svt that I am getting ready to put an acufab throttle body on. since I have to take off and modify the upper intake to do so, I was wanting to know if there would be any issues doing an IMRC delete at the same time? If not does any one know of a step by step process I should follow to get this done?

Not as familiar with the 96s but my 09 it needed a new tune it was unbelievable without it. As far as process it was pretty easy to do. I did a Google Image Search for your year and it looks like you'll need to order delete plates to do it.

 

When I installed my InTech from a Mark VIII it still had the imrc plates in there. I wired them open and haven't given them a second thought.
