Default Rpm lock
i have a 96 cobra and when i was taking a road trip tried to pass a car my rpms stopped at about 3300 when i rev sometimes will go past but mostly wont. my grandpa thinks its a timing issue, was wanting some feed back before i go and pay someone to look at it

just a guess but check your harmnic balancer
