What is this?

I did an engine swap on my 99 mustang GT and at some point took this off. I can not tell where it goes or what it is. It is a metal line and looks to be a vacuum line maybe?? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Engine coolant valley Tube. Or other wise known as Valley Heater Hose/Tube

are you sure? It's not that big of a tube are you talking about the big one that runs all the way across the engine?
