Default 96 GT crank no start

Just put in new fuel pump, started for testing pressure and for a short drive. 15 minutes later it cranked but no start, no spark. I had this problem previously with an intermittent no start due to crank sensor, but this will be the 4th sensor in less than 2 years. Posted by mistake in general forum and since then it has started again fine. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated, I am tired of not having a reliable driver.

Here's a crank/no start checklist of things to go through and verify, scroll down to post #5.

I had a crank no start, tested the spark control module it was good, tested the pick up it was good, but the distributor was full of rust and metal shavings so i replaced the whole distributor for 90 bucks, it came with cap rotor it started right up

All good stuff, except these engines have no distributor.
