Default 'Mystichrome' Terminator Cobra Review

My review of a 2004 SVT Terminator Cobra:

I used to hate Mustangs. Then I drove a Boss 302. Then I heard a Shelby GT350. Then I drove Justin's 2004 Terminator Cobra with a supercharged 4.6L V8 and independent rear suspension. Now I like Mustangs.

I largely consider myself a JDM car guy, but in recent years I've become a fan of Euro and now American cars!

The point he made about the seating position, how he felt like he was sitting on top of the car is pretty accurate. Can take some getting used to. The shifter is in a sh!tty place indeed but as the rest of us know installing a sts helps quite a bit with reaching 1/3/5 gears. S197 seats and I'm sure some of the aftermarket ones as well help with the seating position.

I have the S197 seats but they're with aftermarket brackets (maybe I should have just used the old seat brackets) and they elevate the seats even more...when I sit in the 99 it feels like I'm sitting even more on top of the car. I forget how the stock seats were but maybe bolting the s197 seats to the floor with no aftermarket bracket at all would lower the seat tremendously.

With the sn95 brackets swapped over they definitely sit a little lower than the stock seats.

I thought about those brackets until I noticed they were like $200 or whatever lol.
