Default How much life should I expect out of a 2002 Mustang GT 4.6L manual?

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I was wondering how much miles should a 2002 Mustang GT manual last on the original engine and trans without being rebuilt? Also... how long should a clutch last (miles) Thank you

If taken care of and for the most part just driven like a normal car, you'll see well past 200K out of it before any real work is needed as far as rebuilding engine or trans. Everything else is subject to taking a **** though, just kinda goes with the territory when you have a older/high mileage vehicle.

Clutch life really depends on driving style. Some people burn through them every 35K. In my experience, they can go around 100K. The factory one in my car was replaced at 82K due to a failed throwout bearing, the disc itself still probably had 30-40% left in it.

All depends on how well it was taken care of.
